1. The platform

QuickQuick (quick-quick.ca), operated by Ezecode Systems Inc., provides online tools that let independent sellers present a storefront and let buyers discover, order from, book with, and message those sellers. QuickQuick is not a party to any transaction concluded between buyers and sellers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid email address and phone number, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

3. Buyer terms

• Payments are made directly to the seller through PayPal or Interac e-Transfer. QuickQuick never holds your money.
• Orders, bookings, deliveries, pickups, cancellations, and refunds are agreed with, and fulfilled by, the seller.
• Report problems with a purchase to the seller first (the in-app messaging exists for this). QuickQuick may assist with information but cannot reverse payments.
• Prices are set by sellers and shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Sellers listing goods warrant that the items are genuine, lawfully theirs to sell, and described accurately. Counterfeit or misdescribed goods are not permitted, and QuickQuick may remove a listing or a store for them. Goods are sold locally — collected in person or delivered by the seller — and are not shipped.
• Any return window shown on a store's page is the seller's own policy, offered and honoured by that seller.

4. Seller terms

• You must hold — and keep current — every permit and license your activity requires, including a food handling certificate for food businesses and any applicable professional license for services. Verification documents are reviewed before your store becomes public, but responsibility for legal compliance remains yours at all times.
• You are solely responsible for the quality and safety of what you sell, for accurate listings, for fulfilling orders and appointments you accept, and for your own taxes.
• You pay QuickQuick a subscription fee for the storefront tools. QuickQuick takes no commission on your sales and never touches your revenue.
• QuickQuick may suspend or remove stores that break these terms, misrepresent their offering, or receive credible safety complaints.

5. Verification

Sellers must submit identity and license documents during onboarding. QuickQuick reviews these documents before a store is made visible to buyers. This review is a screening step only — it is not a guarantee, endorsement, or certification of the seller, and it does not transfer any responsibility for the seller's activity to QuickQuick.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickQuick and Ezecode Systems Inc. are not liable for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or dispute arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, including food safety incidents, service outcomes, missed appointments, undelivered orders, or payment disagreements. The platform is provided "as is".

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the platform; continuing to use QuickQuick after a change means you accept the updated terms.
