Accessibility

Last updated: September 25, 2026

QuickQuick wants everyone to be able to order, book and share a ride on the web and in the app, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we do

  • Every control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and keyboard focus is visible.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text and controls keep a contrast that reads in both the light and dark themes, and the site respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
  • Pages work at phone width and when text is enlarged, without sideways scrolling.
  • Forms label their fields, say what went wrong in plain words, and never rely on colour alone.
  • The whole site and app are available in English and French.

What we know is not yet right

  • The seat picker on a ride's departure page is a drawn map; the "any seat" choice is the accessible path, and we are working on a fully described map.
  • The mobile app has not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
