How ordering works

For buyers · Order issue

Find a store on the Explore page, add products to your cart, and check out. You can order as a guest with just your email, or create an account to keep your order history in one place.

After you pay, the seller accepts your order, prepares it, and marks it ready. You can follow every step from My orders — each order has a progress tracker and a code (like QQ-4F7K2) you can use to look it up any time.

Pickup or delivery

At checkout you choose pickup or delivery and can suggest a date and time that suits you. The seller confirms it or proposes another time — you'll get a notification either way.
